6/7/20 Msst Tangle

Msst
Tangle Authors: Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas

Materials needed for this lesson: Pencil and piece of paper (I divided a sheet of 8.5 x 11 inch piece of plain white paper into fourths by folding it in half lengthwise and then folding it in half again width-wise. I drew my tangle on one-fourth of the paper.)

Terri created this wonderful Zentangle-inspired work of art that we can imagine is a magic carpet. In addition to the tangle Msst which she drew on the edges like fringe, she included the tangles ShattuckPrintemps, Aura-Leah, and Fescue!
This is another work of art by Terri. She used colored Sakura
PN pens to complete it. Again you can see that she included the tangles ShattuckPrintempsAura-Leah, and Fescue!
Ellen created this with a Fine Black Sharpie pen. She started with traditional Msst, but then played with it, changing the width of the lines, the size of the dots, and the distance between the lines. How can you change the lines of Msst to enhance your work of art?
Ellen had a lot of fun creating the bird on this card. She drew Printemps inside the body of the bird and a variation of Msst for its tail.
